SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped that includes a tracking link for your order. Click on the link in the email to view tracking information.

If your order is arriving Standard Shipping, UPS Ground or Expedited Shipping 

  • Go to www.ups.com.
  • Enter the tracking number, if provided, from the shipping confirmation email you received from Kooskadoo. You’ll see the progress of your order and its estimated arrival date.

If your order is arriving USPS Priority Mail

  • Go to www.usps.com
  • Enter the tracking number, if provided, from the shipping confirmation email you received from Kooskadoo. You’ll see the progress of your order and its estimated arrival date.

Yes, we offer FREE shipping to our customers in the USA. No minimum order. No restrictions.

We do ship internationally, but not to every country. Orders going to a destination outside the USA will be charged a $7 flat rate shipping fee. Customs and other taxes are the customers responsibility.

We can ship to APO/FPO and DPO addresses.

Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

If items were ordered, but were not included in your package, contact us immediately.

In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know. You will need to take a picture of the damages and then email the pictures you took, along with the order number to: hello@kooskadoo.com

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about any purchase, we are happy to accommodate your decision as long as the following conditions are met:

(1) Request for a refund must occur within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
(2) The item(s) you are returning must be in new condition with original packaging.
(3) The item(s) must not be a Gift Card. We cannot process refunds for Kooskadoo gift cards.
(4) Shirts must NOT have been worn or washed.
(5) Shipping and/or packaging costs to return an item to us are to be paid by the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
(6) The item(s) can only be returned from the same location it was delivered to.
(7) For refunds, we will refund your original method of payment.
(8) Occasionally, we will specify items that are not eligible for return or refund on our website.

If you want to exchange an item for another item(s), simply return the first item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.

Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for items damaged by shipping.

For “buyer-remorse” returns, the customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the item(s) back to us. Packaging and shipping charges are non-refundable. All Cash On Delivery (COD) packages will be refused.

Request for a refund must occur within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.

SHOPPING

 

Kooskadoo offers Promotion Codes for product discounts from time to time.  To use your Promotion Code, after adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, enter the promotion code in the the “Promotion Code” field and hit apply. There is a secondary option to add the promotion code during the one page checkout process as well.

If you have any additional questions pertaining to Promotion Codes or need further assistance in placing your order, contact us.

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably, within 2 hours after placing the order. No cancellations are possible for personalized products.

For security reasons we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance.

Our Wishlist allows you to “heart” your favorite items for easy checkout later. Use this as a way to remember what items you like. To access your Wishlist, click the “heart” near the top of the page.

You can also share your Wishlist with friends and family.

We would love to offer a military discount, but we cannot at this time. For a typical brick and mortar business, verifying ID is fairly simple, but verifying ID online is not.

We have made inquiries into using sheerID and ID.me, but the upfront fees are not a practical option for us at this time. We will continue to evaluate viable options as we discover them.

As a Direct-to-Consumer brand, Kooskadoo is not sold in any department stores or boutiques. This allows us to sell you the highest quality product for the best price, avoiding the traditional retail mark-up.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

 

Kooskadoo accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

Examples of forms of payment we do not accept include:

** Eligible items purchased using PayPal may be returned by mail for a refund to the purchasing PayPal account only; no exchanges.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information on your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state to which you are shipping your order, and depends on whether there is a Kooskadoo retail store location (but not a wholesale presence) in that particular state.

Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.

Our website does not participate in tax-free holidays.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of keeping your personal information secure. We offer a safe shopping experience by keeping you secure from identity theft, viruses and credit card fraud through a secure transaction process.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL Technology) Kooskadoo uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.

When you make a purchase, your payment information is handled by our credit card processing partner, Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.

Your credit card details are transmitted to Stripe in encrypted form, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure procedures.

We can only accept payment that is drawn on US banks and in US funds.

Creating a Kooskadoo account allows you to:

(1) store multiple shipping and billing addresses to expedite your checkout;
(2) save the contents of your shopping bag for later;
(3) easily access your current order details and history;
(4) save credit card information to expedite checkout;
(5) manage your saved items;
(6) discover recommended items.

An account at Kooskadoo is required in order to make a purchase. The process to create an account is simple, and FREE. Having an account makes it faster to checkout, allows you to manage your cart and your wishlist, it’s more convenient to track orders, and more. Also, from time to time we offer some pretty sweet deals to those with accounts.
