Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

If we are unable to cancel your order, we do offer FREE return shipping for US customers.

If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications (within 2 hours, if not sooner, of placing the order), please contact us and we will do our best to provide assistance, but sometimes certain aspects of the process are beyond our control.

For security reasons we cannot change the items in your order, the shipping address, or the billing address.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, and more. To ensure we ship to your location, contact us.

Why is my order not delivered yet?

Once your order is shipped, it's in the hands of the shipping company and they will keep you updated on the package's progress. Keep in mind, it takes 3 - 5 days to fill your order, and then it's shipped.

If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive, contact us and we'll try to find out why.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, it typically takes 3 - 7 days with standard shipping. It also typically takes about 3 - 5 days to process your order. Orders going to destinations outside the USA will take longer.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

How do I return a product?

Items must begin the returns process within 30 days after the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

You must request an RMA number from Kooskadoo. You can do this by sending an email to Do not ship your items back to us until you have an RMA number and a shipping label from us.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 - 10 days after we receive the item(s). If you haven't received a refund by then, contact us.

Can I exchange an item for another item?

If you want to exchange an item for another item(s), simply return the first item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.

How long do I have to return an item?

Bella + Canvas is the exclusive manufacturer of all apparel sold at Kooskadoo. All tees feature a crew neck, short sleeves and are designed with superior Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Who makes the T-shirts available on Kooskadoo?

Can I submit a design idea?

Absolutely. Drop us a message using our contact form to tell us all about your idea. If we like it, we'll create it and add it to the Kooskadoo store.

How can I determine what size to purchase?

What colors are available, and can I request a different color?

We offer 4 colors for you to choose from; 2 lighter colors and 2 darker colors.

Kooskadoo does offer Promotion Codes for product discounts from time to time. To use your Promotion Code, after adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, enter the promotion code in the “Promotion Code” field and hit apply. There is a secondary option to add the promotion code during the one page checkout process as well.

The winner receives one (1) t-shirt currently offered for sale on the Kooskadoo website. To enter, provide your email address either via:

Creating a Kooskadoo account allows you to:

An account at Kooskadoo is not required in order to make a purchase, however, having an account makes it faster to checkout, allows you to manage your cart and your wishlist, it’s more convenient to track orders, and more.
