SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CARRIER
We will choose the shipping carrier for all orders. If you choose a different carrier, either for the purchase, or a return, you will be responsible for all fees, shipping charges, handling fees, insurance, tracking, and all other aspects of shipping the item(s). All packaging and shipping charges paid by you are non-refundable.
SECTION 2 - SUPPLY CHAIN INTERRUPTIONS
Our order fulfillment times could be longer than expected and could continue to increase if there is any local, regional, national, or global incident, pandemics, acts of nature, etc. that threatens the supply chain.
SECTION 3 - USA FREE SHIPPING
We do not offer free shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping services due to the processing time it takes us to fill your order.
SECTION 4 - OUTSIDE THE USA SHIPPING
Orders shipped to destinations outside the US, will be charged a $7 flat rate fee. We will choose the shipping carrier.
SECTION 5 - USA SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam.
SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We do ship to most international destinations, but not all. We do not ship to Belarus, Russia, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, and any other country that the US Federal Government has sanctioned. Additional charges and customs fees should be expected for all orders shipped to destinations outside the USA.
SECTION 7 - MILITARY APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES
We ship to APO/FPO and DPO addresses. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. During checkout, replace the city name with “APO ” or “FPO”, or “DPO” and the state with “AA,” “AE,” or “AP,” and use a special ZIP Code. All APO / FPO / DPO shipments must be made by using the United States Post Office (USPS).
SECTION 8 - SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.
SECTION 9 - ORDER TRACKING
A Tracking Link will be assigned to each package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the tracking link to follow the delivery.
SECTION 10 - SHIPPING METHODS
We offer several shipping methods for online orders. Number of shipping days begins when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. Number of days for delivery is approximate and not guaranteed.
- USA – (3 – 4 Business Days)
- Europe – (6 – 8 Business Days)
- Australia – (2 – 14 Business Days)
- Japan – (4 – 8 Business Days), and
- International – (10 – 20 Business Days)
Most packages will be shipped using USPS. Smaller size orders typically are sent using USPS, with UPS and FedEx shipping the larger orders.
SECTION 11 - PROCESSING TIME
Orders take 3 to 7 days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping.
SECTION 12 - SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each address.
SECTION 13 - OUT OF STOCK
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be canceled, and you will not be charged for that item.
SECTION 14 - SHORT SHIPMENT
A short shipment happens when we ship to you fewer items than were ordered. For example, we might ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
SECTION 15 - SHIPPING FEES
For all purchases, the customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the item(s). Packaging and shipping charges are non-refundable.
SECTION 16 - SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know. You will need to take a picture of the damages and then email the pictures you took, along with the order number to: hello@kooskadoo.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on what steps to take if an item arrives damaged. If we request the items sent to us, we will pay the shipping costs.
