Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer “No Hassle” 30-day returns for USA customers.

REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
If you're short on time, review the information below that highlights important parts of our Refund Policy.

  1. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item(s).
  2. Shipping costs for all returns are the customers responsibility.
  3. You must request an RMA number before shipping a return to us.
  4. To request an RMA number, send us an email using the same email address associated with your order to returns@kooskadoo.com. Include the order number.
  5. If your return is approved, an RMA number will be sent to your email address.
  6. Items must be in new unopened condition with original packaging.
  7. No exchanges – Return, Refund, Place another order.

SECTION 1 - CONDITIONS
We are happy to accommodate your return request as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Requests for a refund must occur within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
  • You must request, and receive an RMA number from us.
  • Shipping costs for all returns are the customers responsibility.
  • The item(s) you are returning must be in new condition with original packaging.
  • The item(s) must not be a Gift Card. We cannot process refunds for Kooskadoo gift cards.
  • The item(s) can only be returned from the same location it was delivered to.
  • Approved refunds will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Occasionally, we will specify items that are not eligible for return or refund on our website.

SECTION 2 - RMA NUMBER
To initiate a return, you must have an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

To request an RMA number, send us an email using the same email address associated with your order to returns@kooskadoo.com. Include your order number.

Do not ship your items until you have the RMA number.

SECTION 3 - RETURNS SHIPPING CARRIER
You may choose the shipping carrier to be used for returns.

SECTION 4 - RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
If you choose to ship the item(s) back to us without an RMA number, we cannot guarantee your refund will be processed in a timely manner, or if at all. Your refund may be denied if there are circumstances that we deem make the item(s) ineligible for a refund.

If you return item(s) to us without an RMA, you are responsible for all costs incurred, even if it is a defective item return. If you still wish to send your return to us, without an RMA, the address to send the item(s) is: Kooskadoo, Attn: NO RMA RETURN, 319 Vann Dr, Suite E #26, Jackson, TN 38305. In addition, please send us an email with your name, the order number, the tracking number, if available, and the name of the shipping carrier to give us a heads up that your package is on its way to us.

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item for another item(s), simply return the first item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.

SECTION 6 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as quickly as possible, preferably within two hours from placing the order. Once your order reaches a "point of no return" in the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.

SECTION 7 - AUTHORIZED RESELLERS
Kooskadoo.com is the only authorized seller.

SECTION 8 - MISSING ITEMS
If items were ordered, but were not included in your package, contact us using our contact form.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs for all returns are the customers responsibility. All Cash On Delivery (COD) packages will be refused.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know. You will need to take a picture of the damages and then email the pictures you took, along with the order number to: hello@kooskadoo.com. International customers who receive a damaged item are responsible for all return shipping costs, if they wish to receive a refund. All Cash On Delivery (COD) packages will be refused.

SECTION 11 - GIFT RETURNS
Gift items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all other return conditions are met.

SECTION 12 - GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

SECTION 13 - FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “As Is” are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

SECTION 14 - HOLIDAY RETURNS
The 30-day return policy will be extended for the holidays. Orders submitted November 14th through December 14th will have until January 14th to initiate the return process. Please note that these returns must reach us by January 31st to receive a refund.

SECTION 15 - DISCONTINUED & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally, we no longer sell an item, or we are out of stock. If your item was damaged in the shipping process, or we failed to include it in your shipment, then we might not be able to send you a replacement. If this happens, we will issue your choice of a refund or a store credit.

SECTION 16 - DEFECTS AND WARRANTY RETURNS
We take pride in the products we make, and we back that up with a guarantee against defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Any defective item under warranty will be replaced immediately with our compliments. Send a request using our contact form.

SECTION 17 - STATUTORY RIGHTS
Our Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Consumer Protection bureau, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction, if any. For any further concerns, please use our contact form.

SECTION 18 - SEND US YOUR PACKAGE
Please ensure that all items are packed with care and are sufficiently protected from damage that could occur during shipping. Affix the shipping label to the package and make arrangements to have the package picked up, or dropped off at the respective shipper's location most convenient for you.

SECTION 19 - WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN WHEN YOU CHOOSE THE SHIPPER
We will choose the shipping carrier for all eligible USA returns. If you choose to ship the item(s) back to us with a different carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. The address to send the item(s) is:
